- Degree in music business or entertainment management is a plus
- Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to sit, type, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs using proper techniques
Job Duties
- Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including business partners and artists, in a professional way
- Adapt to the needs of diverse artists, audiences, changing schedules, and tours of varying sizes
- Perform basic secretarial duties such as answering and returning phone calls, greeting visitors and staff, ordering office supplies, maintaining a clean office environment
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest emails about complaints, questions, and comments regarding events
- Maintain daily knowledge of event schedules, set times, and adapt to changes
- File and log lost and found items, mail packages and letters for various departments
- Maintain working knowledge of guest services programs and service recovery practices
- Uphold venue policies to maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Assist with staffing and orientation initiatives
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and Experience Manager
