Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year office experience
- Prior experience working in an entertainment venue
- Degree in music business or entertainment management preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to sit, type, walk, and occasionally lift 25 pounds using proper techniques
Job Duties
- Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors including business partners and artists in a professional way
- Adapt to the needs of diverse artists, audiences, scheduling changes, and tours of varying sizes
- Perform office duties including answering and returning phone calls, greeting visitors and staff, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean office environment
- Respond professionally to guest emails regarding complaints, questions, and comments, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed
- Maintain daily knowledge of event schedules including run of the show and set times, adapting to changes
- Handle filing, lost and found logging, mailing packages and letters for various departments including delivery of claimed items to guests
- Maintain working knowledge of guest services programs and service recovery practices
- Uphold a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue while enforcing venue policies and escalating concerns to management as needed
- Assist with staffing and orientation initiatives
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and Experience Manager
