Receptionist

Mercy Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking a Receptionist to join their Health Care for the Homeless Team. The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients of the medical clinic located at the Friends of the Homeless Shelter on Worthington Street. They perform various clerical and administrative support functions to ensure efficient clinic operation, greet patients and visitors, assist in maintaining patient records, and create a customer-oriented environment.
