- One year of clerical support or telephonic experience
- Preferably experience in customer service or call center
- Prior hospital or imaging center patient check-in experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and inventory management

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer and screen telephone calls professionally
- Address visitor questions and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform administrative duties such as mail sorting and supply management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked reception area
- Collaborate with team members to support department operations
- Ensure compliance with Houston Methodist's I CARE values and safety protocols
