Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of clerical support or telephonic experience
  • Preferably experience in customer service or call center
  • Prior hospital or imaging center patient check-in experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience checking in patients in a hospital or imaging center preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer and screen telephone calls professionally
  • Address visitor questions and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Perform administrative duties such as mail sorting and supply management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked reception area
  • Collaborate with team members to support department operations
  • Ensure compliance with Houston Methodist's I CARE values and safety protocols
