  • two years direct experience as a receptionist
  • ability to operate various office equipment
  • basic computer skills including Word and PowerPoint
  • ability to perform routine equipment functions including photocopying, copying, faxing
  • excellent customer service skills
  • professional attitude and appearance
  • ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
  • physical ability to bend, reach, sit for prolonged periods
  • may lift or move up to 10 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years direct experience as a receptionist
  • some prior experience working in a professional office environment preferred
  • able to operate various office equipment
  • basic computer skills required including Word and PowerPoint
  • ability to perform routine functions of various equipment and systems including internal phone directory, office directory, photocopying, color copying, faxing

Job Duties

  • Handle all incoming calls using a main or floor switchboard
