Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year receptionist experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to de-escalate calls
  • Reliable and responsible work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate with all staff levels

  • Ability to de-escalate calls and remain calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Perform general clerical and reception responsibilities
  • Receive and triage all incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate staff
  • Receive and greet visitors following sign-in procedures
  • Act as a liaison between the public and the organization
  • Maintain professionalism and compassion in all communications
  • Assist with multi-tasking and prioritization of daily operations
  • Collaborate effectively with staff across all levels
