- Experience working in an office environment preferred

Job Duties
- Greet all incoming individuals and direct them to the appropriate party or location
- Answer and screen all incoming calls
- route calls to the appropriate party and/or take accurate messages
- Receive and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate person or department
- Provide support services to accounting, sales, and customer service
- Collect and upload expense receipts
- Process customer credit card payments in person and over the phone
- Create/update customer accounts
- Perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned
