Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests promptly and in a friendly manner
  • assist with the check-out process efficiently
  • handle guest issues and complaints during their stay
  • code electronic keys and assign rooms based on guest needs
  • promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
  • provide details about room locations and facilitate assistance from team members
  • prepare welcome packets including room keys and gifts to make guests feel appreciated
