Job Duties

  • Greet visitors promptly and warmly, register guests efficiently upon arrival, assist guests with the check-out procedure, address and resolve guest issues during their stay, code electronic room keys and select rooms based on guest requirements, promote hotel amenities to guests, provide information about room locations and coordinate assistance from team members
