Job Duties

  • Tackle guest predicaments encountered during their stay at the hotel
  • Effectively code electronic keys, choose the right rooms based on requirements, and promote hotel amenities to upgrade guests
  • Provide guests with pertinent details about their room location and coordinate assistance from team members to accompany them
  • Ensure guests feel appreciated by delivering welcome packets including room keys, thoughtful gifts, and tokens of gratitude
