Job Duties
- creating a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- assessing and addressing patient needs in the cardiology waiting area
- directing patients through registration, waiting, and consultation processes
- acting as the communication link between clinical teams and patients or family members
- scheduling and managing appointments
- maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- managing the flow and organization of the waiting area
