Job Duties
- Greet customers and answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and provide customers with relevant information
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including handling incoming mail and processing payments
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
