Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and provide customers with relevant information
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff as necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, including handling incoming mail and processing payments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
