Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more experience in healthcare or customer service
- Passion for improving patient experiences
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Willingness to participate in TB screening program
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers considered
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Familiarity with value-based care models preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Accommodate visitors and issue visitor passes
- Maintain visitor logs and alert appropriate parties of visitor arrivals
- Operate switchboard or multi-line phone systems and maintain long-distance call logs
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Respond to routine internal and external inquiries
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing mail, and managing courier packages
