- Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others

- Expert knowledge of telephone systems
- Ability to teach others how to use the telephone system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage appointment schedules
Job Duties
- Greet visitors immediately upon arrival
- Professionally handle all phone calls and route callers or answer questions in a timely and courteous manner
- Offer refreshments to visitors where applicable
- Manage doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book
- Act as concierge for residents including calling taxis and handling telephone or cable problems
- Keep lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash
