This compassionate approach to senior care ensures that residents enjoy a high quality of life in an environment that prioritizes respect, care, and personal attention, resulting in happier and healthier lives for all residents. The Glen has built a legacy based on trust, compassion, and excellence, making it one of the most respected skilled nursing facilities in the community.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Full-Time Receptionist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This position typically involves working a rotating 8-hour shift schedule, including two days from 7AM to 3PM and two days from 3PM to 11PM. As a receptionist at The Glen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication flow, managing the front desk, and serving as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, staff, and healthcare professionals. The receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, monitoring resident call systems, assisting with emergency procedures, and maintaining a professional and orderly reception area. Additional duties include managing resident transportation appointments, coordinating staffing communications, handling limited resident information dissemination, assisting with medical record maintenance, and supporting daily administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and care at The Glen.

This full-time role offers competitive pay rates and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; holidays from day one; supplemental insurance options during open enrollment; and a 403(b) retirement plan. The position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, the ability to work overtime when needed, and strong computer skills appropriate to the job functions.
