Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, read, and hear for extended periods
- No travel required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
- Familiarity with clerical functions and multiline phone system
Job Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Inform employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations
- Maintain visitor sign-in log
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
- Maintain and tidy the reception area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information
- Report suspected violations of information disclosure
