- Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
- Working knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation

- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Receive incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and direct them appropriately
- Provide clerical support to various departments as directed
- Enter data accurately and timely related to inpatient rehabilitation
- Manage communication with patients, staff, and visitors professionally
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet strict time frames
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
