This role demands a customer service-oriented individual capable of efficiently managing a fast-paced office environment characterized by high volumes of phone calls and walk-in traffic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively. The receptionist will be a front-line ambassador of the community, responsible for receiving and directing phone calls, assisting residents by connecting them to the right personnel, and managing various office duties including filing and administrative support. This position is vital in ensuring smooth office operations and positively impacting the resident experience.
