The Receptionist - French Speaking role is a full-time, on-site position based in Philadelphia, PA, offering an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of Fibi Law Firm. This role involves managing front desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients, and maintaining the firm’s standard of exceptional client care and cultural sensitivity. The Receptionist will greet clients in both English and French, handle inbound and outbound phone communications, coordinate appointments efficiently, and perform a variety of clerical duties such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence. The ideal candidate is someone with a friendly and professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the capability to effectively communicate across language and cultural barriers. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency in English and French
  • experience in receptionist or front desk roles
  • strong communication skills
  • customer service experience
  • clerical skills including scheduling and data entry
  • ability to work full-time on-site in Philadelphia, PA

Job Duties

  • greet clients in person and over the phone
