Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency in English and French
  • experience in receptionist or front desk roles
  • strong communication skills
  • customer service experience
  • clerical skills including scheduling and data entry
  • ability to work full-time on-site in Philadelphia, PA

  • proficiency in phone etiquette and experience in managing receptionist duties
  • strong clerical skills including scheduling, data entry, and handling correspondence
  • effective communication skills in both English and French
  • exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact tactfully with diverse individuals
  • relevant experience in a professional or client-facing role
  • organizational skills and attention to detail
  • familiarity with immigration services or legal settings is a plus
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • additional administrative training is a bonus

Job Duties

  • greet clients in person and over the phone
  • handle phone calls and manage front desk responsibilities
  • coordinate and schedule client appointments
  • perform general clerical duties including data entry and correspondence
  • provide exceptional customer service in English and French
  • maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
