Job Requirements

- Experience in receptionist or front office role

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer high volumes of incoming calls, texts, and emails and route them appropriately
- Manage a busy front desk with efficiency and poise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room use
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and office supply management
- Collaborate with loan officers and support staff to ensure seamless client service
