This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression through friendly interaction, effective communication, and seamless scheduling. The Client Service Professional will act as the vital link between clients and tax professionals, ensuring that every client is matched with the specialist best suited to their individual tax and financial needs.

This role requires professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and who are adept at managing multiple tasks while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail. As the Client Service Professional, you will greet clients personally and with warmth, answer all client inquiries efficiently over the phone or in person, schedule appointments based on clients’ preferences, and ensure their needs are comprehensively met through every stage of their service experience. Additionally, maintaining office cleanliness and organization will be part of your responsibilities to help uphold a professional and welcoming environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
