Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms, and internal systems
- Knowledge of flowers and floral design
- Strong verbal and listening communication skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Good organization and planning skills
- Ability to accept feedback and be accountable for success
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in using computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms, internal systems such as the HUB, Google Maps, FTD, Harmons website, and Card Isle
- Knowledge of a wide variety of flowers, their seasonality, and uses in floral design
- Enjoy working with and handling floral products
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Strong communication skills including verbal and listening skills
- Ability to accept constructive review and be accountable for personal and team success

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all fresh floral products and services provided by the Distribution Center lobby
- Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Distribution Center lobby
- Assist stores with fulfilling special orders
- Handle phone, email, text, online, FTD, and in-person orders
- Order office and other supplies for the Distribution Center lobby area
- Assist with quarterly inventory at the Distribution Center
- Ensure the Distribution Center lobby is cleaned daily and meets company standards for appearance
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Set a professional and positive example to others
- Assist as needed to ensure the success of the Distribution Center as a whole
