Brentwood Hospital, part of the UHS network, is actively seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their team. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in facilitating the flow of organizational information and delivering a positive and responsive experience for both internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face interactions. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff entering Brentwood Hospital. Responsibilities include warmly greeting all guests, providing routine organizational information while maintaining confidentiality, receiving and sorting incoming mail, and offering clerical support across various departments as needed. The role demands excellent communication skills, a courteous and pleasant demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This evening shift position operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, as determined by the Communications Manager.
