- Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and callers and handle their inquiries or refer them to the appropriate employee
- Take and route messages
- Perform routine typing and generate correspondence
- Open and distribute mail
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Set up organized files for correspondence ensuring easy retrieval
- Operate standard office equipment
- Enter data into computer database as needed
- Operate a multi-line telephone console
- Post and maintain information in public areas
- Perform related responsibilities as required
