  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role highly preferred
  • able to confidently use Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets) in a professional office setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • position requires verification of employment eligibility in accordance with federal law

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, candidates, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • answer and manage the general phone line, directing calls and inquiries appropriately
  • manage visitor check-in and maintain accurate guest logs
  • coordinate conference room scheduling and maintain shared office calendars
  • support HR and administrative functions, including assisting with onboarding and new hire orientations
  • welcome and orient candidates arriving for interviews
  • assist with mail distribution, supply inventory/orders, shipping, and delivery coordination
