Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
- Strong communication skills

- Willingness to maintain shop cleanliness and assist stylists
Job Qualifications

- Previous salon or spa experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients with enthusiasm
- Manage reservations using the shop's reservation system accurately
- Handle customer payments and balance cash drawer
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the shop
- Support stylists with their needs to improve efficiency
- Promote a positive and professional atmosphere in the salon
