Job Qualifications

- previous salon or spa experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- greet and check in clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
- manage client appointments using the reservation system to optimize scheduling
- handle point-of-sale transactions accurately including client payments and stylist tips
- maintain clear and timely communication with shop management regarding shop operations
- create and maintain a positive, party-like atmosphere within the shop
- assist with shop cleanliness and stylist needs to improve operational efficiency
- balance cash drawer at opening, closing, and shift changes
