  • Proficient computer skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for inbound calls and direct calls to proper personnel
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Handle basic inquiries and requests
  • Ensure efficient, timely, and professional communication via telephone, mail, and email
  • Maintain full knowledge of products and services offered
  • Assist customers with basic changes, corrections, and updates to existing leases and contracts
  • Assist with Customer Portal for inbound requests and needs
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, faxing, mailing
  • Handle inbound mail distribution
