Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • some college education preferred
  • prior experience in senior living or related environment preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions
  • must be able to work independently without supervision

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • assist in direction and communication of procedures
  • answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • take message and promptly relay to appropriate parties
  • handle mail and package logistics - receive, sort, and distribute as needed
  • maintain an orderly, clean, and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression
  • support residents and guests with basic concierge-style services - answer questions, provide directions, assist with appointments or light errands
  • assist with administrative tasks
  • act as a liaison between staff, residents, and external vendors
