The Receptionist Concierge position at Magnolia Manor plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for anyone entering the community. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Receptionist Concierge is responsible for welcoming residents, visitors, and staff, answering and directing phone calls, managing mail and packages, and providing concierge-style services to support residents and guests with their needs. Additionally, the Receptionist Concierge assists with administrative tasks and acts as a liaison between staff, residents, and external vendors. This position requires maintaining confidentiality, staying calm under pressure, and working independently without supervision. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- some college education preferred
- prior experience in senior living or related environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- assist in direction and communication of procedures
- answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- take message and promptly relay to appropriate parties
- handle mail and package logistics - receive, sort, and distribute as needed
- maintain an orderly, clean, and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression
- support residents and guests with basic concierge-style services - answer questions, provide directions, assist with appointments or light errands
- assist with administrative tasks
- act as a liaison between staff, residents, and external vendors
