The Concierge role at Priority Life Care is a vital front-line position providing excellent customer service and acting as the welcoming face of the community for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone entering or exiting the facility. Often the first point of contact, the Concierge manages telephone operations, greets guests warmly, and assists with various administrative duties. The position requires a courteous demeanor, strong communication skills, and adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations. The Concierge exemplifies the company’s values and mission at all times while coordinating visitor traffic, providing information, and responding professionally to inquiries and concerns. Working closely with the Executive Director and other leadership team members, the Concierge helps maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment within the senior living community.

Employees in this role receive competitive pay of $18 per hour along with paid time off and a full range of health plans including vision and dental coverage. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Valid drivers license with no moving violations in the last four years
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Works as the face of the community by providing a welcoming and informative experience for residents, their families, and the public
  • Operates telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
  • Greets visitors entering establishment and directs or escorts them to specific destinations
  • Performs word processing duties as assigned
  • May assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchair
  • Reports any issues or problems that may arise to the Executive Director
  • Complies with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards
  • Assists families and other visitors as needed
  • Promotes and exemplifies the Priority Life Care mission and values at all times
