The Concierge role at Priority Life Care is a pivotal position within the community, serving as the welcoming face and voice of the facility. This part-time position, with weekend hours from 4 PM to 8 PM, offers a competitive wage of $14.50 per hour and the chance to engage directly with residents, their families, visitors, and staff members. The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional assistance and information, ensuring smooth and friendly interactions that enhance the overall experience for all who enter or contact the facility. Duties include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and guiding visitors, performing administrative tasks such as word processing, and assisting guests as needed. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • valid drivers license with no moving violations in the last four (4) years
  • must pass a background screening
  • prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industries is a plus

Job Duties

  • works as the face of the community by providing a welcoming and informative experience for residents, their families, and the public
  • operates telephones to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
  • greets visitors entering establishment and directs or escorts them to specific destinations
  • performs word processing duties as assigned
  • may assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchair
  • reports any issues or problems that may arise to the executive director
  • complies with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards
  • assists families and other visitors as needed
  • promotes and exemplifies the priority life care mission and values at all times
