Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Valid drivers license with no moving violations in the past four years
Ability to pass a background screening
Flexibility to work every other Friday and every other weekend

Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or related fields a plus

Job Duties

Provide a welcoming and informative experience for residents, families, and the public
Operate telephones to answer, screen, and forward calls
Greet visitors and direct or escort them to specific destinations
Perform word processing duties as assigned
Assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchair
Report issues or problems to the Executive Director
Comply with state, federal, and healthcare safety standards
