Offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from $17.50 to $18.75 dependent on experience, this position requires exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail to serve as the main point of contact for the community. The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors immediately and managing a variety of phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Additional duties include providing refreshments to visitors, managing appointment books for doctors and beauty/barber services, and acting as a concierge by assisting residents with transportation and other needs. The position also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all.

Job Duties
