Job Duties

  • Manage the front desk: answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist occasional walk-in visitors
  • Handle reverifications for mortgage audits: confirming employment, income, and more using online tools, phone calls, email, fax, and mail
  • Prepare outgoing mail daily (folding, stuffing, postage) and process incoming mail (sorting, scanning, delivering)
  • Support reverification letters: prepare checks, secure approvals, and submit payments
  • Maintain office supplies and keep common areas stocked and orderly
  • Enter, retrieve, and verify data using multiple software programs
  • Collaborate with teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed
