Job Description

CityVet is a dedicated veterinary care provider committed to promoting the health and happiness of pets through compassionate and expert care. As a vet-led clinic, CityVet emphasizes a people-first culture where both the well-being of employees and pets are paramount. With locations designed to foster a positive, welcoming environment for clients and their pets, CityVet identifies the value of each team member in enhancing the overall client experience and supporting the company's mission. CityVet fosters career growth in a fun and inclusive environment, emphasizing diversity and equal opportunity in hiring. Employees are supported to thrive professionally, with opportunities to advance based on merit and accomplishments.

The Client Service Specialist (CSS) at CityVet plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring that every client interaction is warm, professional, and attentive. This role involves managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with various clinical departments to provide a seamless service experience. The CSS is essential in fostering trusting relationships with clients that encourage long-term loyalty and brand advocacy. By greeting clients, managing appointments efficiently, and providing pertinent information on various clinic services such as grooming, technician visits, and boarding, the CSS contributes significantly to the clinic’s daily operation and client satisfaction.

CityVet also recognizes the importance of staff well-being beyond professional duties. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports mental and physical health, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and competitive retirement plans. Additional perks like pet-care discounts, uniform allowances, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities are designed to enhance job satisfaction and personal balance. This focus on holistic employee wellness and development makes CityVet an exemplary employer in the veterinary care sector. Client Service Specialists have the opportunity to make a real difference in veterinary care while developing their professional skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
