Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years recent relevant administrative experience supporting multiple senior level executives
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- exceptional customer service skills via phone and in-person
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work independently and proactively
- North Carolina Notary Public certification preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain facilities and ready for guests and executive leadership visits daily
- provide support to executive assistants and business lines in the Charlotte office
- support visitor and vendor access and coordinate leadership visits
- process special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements
- coordinate meeting room reservations and schedule appointments
- assist with travel arrangements
- order office supplies and stock break areas
- input work and facilities requests
- receive deliveries to the executive suite
- perform general administrative and clerical support without leaving the executive area
- occasionally work early mornings or evenings for bank functions or vendor needs
- perform miscellaneous manual tasks as assigned
