Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education/experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of patient privacy regulations and standards

- Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, patients and personnel
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC and related information systems
- Ability to interpret data and instructions in various forms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, employees and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Determine the nature and purpose of the visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Use judgment and initiative to complete a variety of routine tasks
- Prioritize information and requests on behalf of visitors
- Maintain a general knowledge of the medical center to assist visitors
- Adhere to all local, state and federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety
- Build collaborative relationships with peers and other staff members to achieve departmental and corporate objectives
