Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years previous administrative or office management experience
  • experience with general office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work in office 4-5 times per week
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Staff CB2 reception desk and serve as the first point of contact
  • manage email correspondence and screen telephone calls
  • handle and prioritize requests for information
  • perform general administrative duties including mail distribution and travel web-portal training
  • oversee building key card access and issue visitor badges
  • maintain visitor log and parking passes
  • prioritize schedules and maintain calendars
  • partner with CB2 HRBP and hiring managers for new hire starts and orientation
  • arrange and coordinate details for meetings, conferences, and special events
  • manage travel plans and prepare itineraries
  • handle office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
  • maintain confidentiality of information
  • understand company systems, policies, and procedures
  • ensure compliance with loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines
