Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year clerical or receptionist experience
  • effective English communication skills
  • ability to follow safety protocols in clinical settings
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • ability to perform basic clerical and accounting tasks
  • must adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards

Job Qualifications

  • 1 year clerical or receptionist experience
  • must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • familiarity with basic office software and telephone systems
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Serve customers efficiently and resourcefully in a manner that positively affects customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness
  • receive staff, visitors, and vendors and assist or direct them accordingly
  • answer telephones, make appointments, and perform other basic and general clerical job duties associated with the department
  • perform department-specific duties such as basic accounting, filing, collecting payments, preparing charge forms, or balancing cash funds/accounts
  • report to the assigned supervisor/manager/director
  • adhere to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate
  • follow safety and health protocols in clinical settings
