Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or administration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to balance professionalism with a welcoming attitude
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of cannabis products preferred but not required
  • Comfort with technology including POS systems, loyalty programs, and web platforms
  • Ability to follow compliance protocols carefully

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer warmly, check them in compliantly, and ensure the lobby sets a positive and professional tone
  • Assist customers with loyalty programs, explaining promotions, and answering questions about sales
  • Act as the General Manager's right hand by reporting on store activity, customer feedback, and operational needs
  • Research competitor stores, cross-check deals and promotions, and share insights with management
  • Help monitor the store's website to ensure accurate deals, events, and promotions
  • Uphold all cannabis retail regulations and ensure all check-in and customer interactions align with policy
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including inventory support and customer flow management
