Job Requirements
- 2 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience
- reading, writing, and mathematical skills typically acquired through high school diploma
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- customer service orientation with ability to assist others in the workplace
- excellent communication skills under pressure
- ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism
- bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college coursework preferred
- 2 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience
- strong knowledge of general business software such as Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers using tact and diplomacy
- customer service mindset with a helpful disposition
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- answer, screen, and transfer phone calls efficiently and professionally
- handle data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
- cross-train on other front desk team member job duties to assist with regular backup coverage
- provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and staff both verbally and in writing
- maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and correspondence
- address and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
