Job Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- medical receptionist experience preferred
- ability to provide accurate interpretation and translation under pressure
- knowledge of therapeutic procedures and terminology
- proficiency in Microsoft program applications
- adherence to patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate degree preferred
- one year of interpreting experience or equivalent education and training
- bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- expert level Microsoft Office skills

- familiarity with therapy-related terminology
Job Duties
- Greet clients
- answer telephones professionally and redirect calls
- maintain daily client schedules and appointment reminders
- collect and process co-pays
- maintain front desk cleanliness and supply stocks
- communicate changes in Medicaid and insurance coverage
- process incoming faxes
- record client cancellations and notify therapists
- attend daily administrative meetings
- translate documents and verbal communications
- provide accurate and high-quality interpretation services
- explain therapeutic procedures using specialized terminology
- maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- serve as administrative backup when necessary
- assist with training administrative team members
