Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • serve as the first point of contact for all job applicants and visitors to the Workforce Center, provide accurate information, instructions and guidance in both English and Spanish to support applicants through the hiring process, answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department, welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel, answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information, create and print fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, job listings, telephone reports, and other documents when necessary, maintain anything pertaining to Federal Express and prepares daily reports
