  • computer and technical skills comfortable with AutoMas system
  • able to pass a drug test and background check

Job Duties

  • Greet walk-in customers, assist them with the check-in process
  • ask about their needs in a professional manner to determine the nature of their visit
  • provide a pleasant experience from the moment customers walk into the store
  • receive and route incoming phone calls
  • answer basic inquiries
  • assist the sales team with customer documentation and uploading into the AutoMas system
  • print, copy and scan contracts as needed
  • diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution
