Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three plus years of front desk or administrative experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients
- answer and route incoming calls, take messages
- manage conference room bookings and meeting logistics
- coordinate visitor needs and ensure sign-in and security compliance
- order and maintain office and pantry supplies
- keep shared spaces organized and stocked
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- support basic facility maintenance and liaise with IT and vendors
- schedule meetings and maintain team calendars
- arrange travel and coordinate daily team lunches
- process expense reports and assist with accounts payable
- provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects
