  • Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in spanish and english
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the u.s.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
  • Assist with administrative duties which include data entry
  • Keep accurate records
  • Organize files/records
