Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or switchboard role

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors providing exceptional customer service
  • answer screen and transfer incoming calls with professionalism
  • receive and distribute packages
  • organize and set up conference rooms
  • restock coffee and maintain a welcoming office environment
  • distribute visitor and temporary employee name badges
  • schedule and coordinate meeting rooms
  • maintain company phone lists calendars and automated messaging systems
  • perform light administrative duties such as mail labels compiling manuals
  • support internal teams with PC support and administrative tasks as needed
  • build professional relationships with colleagues clients and vendors
  • participate in company and community service events
