Job Requirements

  • Analytical skills to compare data, design reports, and present results to partners
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed data reports and quantitative information
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member with self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products, particularly Word and Excel with advanced Excel skills
  • Interest in and aptitude towards data management
  • Ability to supervise student interns in partnership with JAG instructors

Job Qualifications

  • Certified School Food Nutrition preferred
  • Professional youth work experience partnered with clerical or customer service experience
  • Experience with database management, service delivery, specifically CLiCS, Workforce 1, and/or MPS system
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in data management

Job Duties

  • Coordinate, manage, and implement the school food nutrition program
  • Maintain state required school food nutrition certification and comply with Minnesota Department of Health food service requirements
  • Enter data into multiple online databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy and audit balance across reporting systems
  • Onboard and provide ongoing support to JAG student interns
  • Provide customer service to callers, visitors, guests, students, and staff at front desk
  • Answer and route telephone calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Attend PPL trainings and events as appropriate
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed
