Job Requirements
- Analytical skills to compare data, design reports, and present results to partners
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed data reports and quantitative information
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member with self-motivation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products, particularly Word and Excel with advanced Excel skills
- Interest in and aptitude towards data management
- Ability to supervise student interns in partnership with JAG instructors
Job Qualifications
- Certified School Food Nutrition preferred
- Professional youth work experience partnered with clerical or customer service experience
- Experience with database management, service delivery, specifically CLiCS, Workforce 1, and/or MPS system
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, advanced Excel skills required
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data management
Job Duties
- Coordinate, manage, and implement the school food nutrition program
- Maintain state required school food nutrition certification and comply with Minnesota Department of Health food service requirements
- Enter data into multiple online databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy and audit balance across reporting systems
- Onboard and provide ongoing support to JAG student interns
- Provide customer service to callers, visitors, guests, students, and staff at front desk
- Answer and route telephone calls and respond to email inquiries
- Attend PPL trainings and events as appropriate
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed
