Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in office management, reception, or administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, Teams, Zoom, Slack
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ability to implement workplace health and safety initiatives
  • Availability to work full-time onsite in Phoenix
  • Strong vendor management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage employee access to offices, parking, gym, and security systems, ensuring compliance with safety and audit requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management and facility service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, and security
  • Oversee vendor and delivery workflows, procurement of office supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate inventory
  • Plan and manage office space utilization to support productivity, growth, and employee well-being
  • Coordinate reception and front-of-house services in Phoenix, greeting guests, managing mail and deliveries, and maintaining common areas
  • Support meetings and events with catering, logistics, and workspace preparation, including new hire onboarding setup and office orientation
  • Serve as Customer Experience Center Coordinator, managing scheduling, logistics, and on-site support
  • Implement workplace health and safety initiatives, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety requirements
  • Organize cultural and social events such as holiday parties, team-building events, and team celebrations
