Job Duties

  • Welcome patients, families, and vendors with a friendly and positive demeanor
  • Manage a multi-line phone system-answering inquiries, taking detailed messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain the visitor sign-in log, check visitors in, and provide directions or escorts to specific destinations
  • Assist the Admissions team with clerical tasks, document preparation, and scheduling appointments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, manage meeting room bookings, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional
  • Maintain the highest standards of HIPAA compliance, protecting all resident and facility information with total discretion
